One of the great benefits of PCMG’s relationship with the parent organization is access to the Memphis, Tennessee warehouse and the efficiencies that are gained by controlling inventories. The Memphis warehouse ships, on average, 15,000 orders per week and has handled up to 43,000 orders weekly during peak times. In addition to our Memphis warehouse, we maintain electronic (EDI) ordering links with over 30 regional distributors and manufacturers that act as our Virtual Warehouses and ensure daily access to over $8 billion in inventory. Our High Speed Order Delivery model allows us to accept orders as late as 10 p.m. EST, with shipment statistics of over 99% of in-stock orders shipped within one hour of placement.

PC Mall Gov is now the MCOE authorized large account reseller for both Microsoft and Adobe software licenses. Procedures for ordering licenses will be the same for both publishers. The differences are that Microsoft will require each district to have its own enrollment number under the MCOE master agreement, and Adobe requires that each county office of education have its own CLP number.
